The European Plummer Terrier Society was established in 2006 by Phil Kettle & Glenn and Tracey Welsby enthusiasts committed to providing a professional platform for the terrier created by David Brian Plummer - known as the Plummer Terrier.

The EPTS is a non profit making organisation set to enable support for numerous aspects involved with the Plummer terrier and it's welfare.
